Primer for Plaster

A primer for new dry interior and exterior porous surfaces such as gypsum plaster, brick, concrete, cement, masonite- board and various other types of composition boarding

Surface preparation

Ensure that all surfaces are clean and dry
The moisture content of the new plaster must be less than 15%.
Remove all loose flaking paint.
Where thick layers of powdery material are present brush or sand off loose material and then use Dulux Bonding Liquid to bind the surface.

How to use

If thinning required, Mineral Turpentine should be used.

Not suitable as a primer for metal surfaces
Surfaces must be dry before applying this material
Not normally used under conventional latex paints on new plaster unless it is friable
